For new gutters, First Choice Constructors offer K-style gutters in 2 sizes, 5 and 6 inches, suitable for most residential needs in a variety of colors. Most gutters should be replaced every 20 years.
Gutter cleanings only take 1-2 hours and are recommended to be done at least twice a year usually in the Fall and Spring. Preferably, gutter cleanings should be done more than twice a year to help maintain the lifespan of your gutter and roof.
Gutter guards are also something we install. Gutter guards prevent clogging, keep pests away, and require less maintenance than regular gutters. It is still recommended to clean your gutters twice a year to help prevent clogs. Vinyl or plastic gutter guards should be replaced every 5-10 years.

Gutter Guards aren’t required, but are helpful to have. Gutter Guards keep your Gutters cleaner and prevent clogs from happening. Gutter clogs, however, can still happen, so it’s important to keep your gutters clean. Gutter guards should be replaced every 6-8 years.

If you have damaged gutters, we can repair and replace individual gutter pieces. Sometimes, the gutter just needs to be repositioned. Other times, we have to replace the gutter if the damage is too sufficient.

We have a large variety of gutter colors. Our contractor can come and try to color match the gutters you already have. If you’re looking for a whole new look, you can definitely browse our color wheel during the initial consultation.
