  • Generally, First Choice Constructors take 1-2 days to replace roofs depending on roof size, unforeseen weather conditions, or other complications (rotten wood, mold, etc.) may delay our typical 1-2 days range for roof replacement and roof installation.

  • Absolutely not! Feel free to stay comfy in your home and watch the magic happen, but we do we warn you it may be a little noisy, so just take that into account if you’re sensitive to noise or have small children.

  • Roof discoloration could possibly be a warning sign that your roof is deteriorating. Roof discoloration could also signify algae growing on your roof.

    Either way, roof discoloration decreases your home’s curb appeal and, if selling your home, a discolored roof may scare away potential buyers. Roof discoloration can be considered the number one red flag amongst home buyers.

  • We recommend you to pick the best roof that best fits your situation. Unfortunately, metal roofs cost the most, but should last the longest. Architectural Shingles lasts longer than your regular 3 Tab Shingles, but also costs more. The most affordable roofing option out there is your 3 Tab Shingles, so whatever option best fits your situation we recommend you to get.

    If you do choose a roof on the higher-end of the spectrum, we have financing options available if you need it.

  • The shingle lines we recommend most to our clients are: Atlas Pinnacle Pristine, Certainteed Landmark, IKO Dynasty, Owen’s Corning, and GAF.

  • Yes! We’re familiar with helping clients with their insurance claims. Whether it’s at the very beginning of filing a claim or in the midst of it all, we’re here to help however we can. When insurance is involved, we do have a different process since it typically takes longer for the funds to be released. That being said, additional paperwork will need to be signed and filled out. Your representative will be the one that walks you through the paperwork and will explain the process step by step.
