Generally, First Choice Constructors S&B LLC take 1-2 days to replace roofs and gutters depending on roof size, unforeseen weather conditions, or other complications (rotten wood, mold, etc.) may delay our typical 1-2 days range for roof replacement, roof installation, and gutter replacements.

No, not necessarily- only if you want to be. Sometimes it helps, meeting with you either at the start or when we’re wrapping things up to recieve payment or answer any questions you might have. However, if you have to work or have other priorities, then by all means take care of those and our time will be just fine.

We offer both metal and shingle roofing services. Our metal roofing panels are made in-house, allowing us to custom-manufacture each panel to fit your home’s specific needs.
For shingle roofing, we offer two options: 3-tab shingles and architectural shingles. We proudly recommend trusted brands such as Atlas Pinnacle Pristine and IKO Dynasty or Cambridge, known for their durability and performance.
