We stand by our workmanship! First Choice Constructors S&B LLC now offers 3-year, 5-year, and 10-year labor warranties on full shingle roof replacements, giving you flexible options and added peace of mind.

Labor warranties cover installation-related workmanship issues only and do not include damage caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, or external impacts. Eligibility and these warranty lengths apply to full shingle roof replacements only and vary by selected package.
