Our Labor Warranty

We stand by our workmanship! For shingle roofing, First Choice Constructors S&B LLC proudly offer a 5-year labor warranty to guarantee quality installation and peace of mind. This warranty covers installation-related issues but does not include damage from natural disasters, extreme weather, or external impacts. This warranty ensures that any workmanship-related issues arising within the specified time from the date of installation will be addressed at no additional cost to the customer.
