    We offer 5 and 6 Inch Aluminum K-style gutters in a variety of colors.

  • ⌂ Gutter Guards

    We offer different types of gutter guards to choose from like Smoothflow and Raindrop gutter guards.

    We offer three siding material options: vinyl, aluminum, and Hardie board (fiber cement). Each comes in a variety of styles, including Dutch Lap, Board & Batten, Shake, and more, so you can choose the look that best fits your home.

  • ⌂ Fascia & Soffit

    In addition to siding, we also provide fascia and soffit installation and replacement to keep the exterior of your home looking clean, protected, and finished.

If you need assistance with an insurance claim, please contact our office at (864) 266-0632 and let us know where you are in the claims process. In many cases, we can help insurance cover more by providing detailed photos and a full written estimate that clearly shows the damage. Our goal is to ensure that the only cost you are responsible for is your deductible.

  • Generally, First Choice Constructors S&B LLC take 1-2 days to replace roofs and gutters depending on roof size, unforeseen weather conditions, or other complications (rotten wood, mold, etc.) may delay our typical 1-2 days range for roof replacement, roof installation, and gutter replacements.

  • No, not necessarily- only if you want to be. Sometimes it helps, meeting with you either at the start or when we’re wrapping things up to recieve payment or answer any questions you might have. However, if you have to work or have other priorities, then by all means take care of those and our time will be just fine.
